Investigative reporter Andrew Conte reveals how he uncovered a prime source of the Steelers' secret strategy for success -- and discusses why the team owners are so happy to talk about it. Andrew's newest book, The Color of Sundays, follows the story of Bill Nunn Jr., a pioneering black athlete, journalist and Steelers scout. With his help, the team identified players other teams could not see. The talk looks at the Steelers' enduring success through the prism of American Civil Rights.
