Julio Torres was sentenced to 5-to-10 years in jail following guilty charges of possession with intent to manufacture, use or possession of drugs and conspiracy with intent to manufacture or deliver on Oct. 11.

Torres was arrested on Dec. 1, 2017, by the Uniontown Pennsylvania State Police, according to the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County docket.

Torres first faced a jury trial on May 14; was found guilty on July 20 and sentenced Oct. 11.
